The Role:
We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with our most strategic accounts. Your focus will be on understanding each client's unique needs and ensuring they fully leverage the value of our services.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Align HappyFox solutions with client needs and objectives.

Act as a key contact and advisor for major accounts.

Drive financial growth through sales and strong client relationships.

Identify opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams.

Understand HappyFox products and market positioning.

Develop comprehensive account plans to ensure client success and account growth.

Have a strong grasp of value selling and MEDDIC/MEDPIC methodology to enhance sales effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate:

At least 5 years of account management or sales experience.

Ability to communicate and influence at all organizational levels.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field.
