Senior Sales Engineer

Our Senior Sales Engineer will be a keen, results-driven individual with precise technical knowledge and strong ability to identify, nurture, and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and clients to accomplish company-wide goals and objectives. You will play a significant role in business and sales channel development.


  • Learn the technical details pertaining to how our software works and what problems it solves for our customers
  • Understand requirements of customers and apply product knowledge to meet those requirements. Treat potential customers as long term prospects
  • Create and deliver effective product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Manage all technical and functional aspects of RFP/RFI
  • Provide the product team with market feedback relating to our own and competitive products
  • In consultation with the departmental head set and achieve monthly and annual quota objectives 


  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field
  • At least 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Engineer
  • At least 1 year of experience in a leadership role
  • Consistent track record of sales and revenue growth
  • High degree of proficiency and comfort with technology
  • Be effective in presenting complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
