As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our products by crafting compelling messaging, developing strategic marketing plans and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure our products meet the needs of our customers.
Responsibilities:

GTM Strategy: Conduct primary and secondary research to identify ICP, persona segments and help define GTM plays to execute.

Messaging & Positioning: Become an expert on our customers, product, industry, category trends and work closely with product/sales/success teams to synthesize research to core messaging across customer facing assets.

GTM Programs: Define & refine the GTM programs with a strong focus on winning mindshare and increasing awareness(eg. Website traffic, demos, pipeline).

Product Launches: Develop process for product launches at HappyFox including new products, features & services. Increase outcomes from product releases by building launch predictability, programmatic processes and governing the process cross-functionally.

Sales Enablement: Partner with product/sales to create compelling sales pitch decks and sales materials for different ICP’s and GTM plays.

Customer Marketing: Partner with the sales team to develop and execute a cohesive customer marketing strategy, including case studies, ABM campaigns and other initiatives.

Leadership: This individual will lead all of product marketing including GTM strategy and launches. Supercharge HappyFox Product Marketing function and a great opportunity to lead a team in the near future.
Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in product marketing at an enterprise B2B SaaS company.

Strong writer, communicator and slides skills with a knack of storytelling and track record of building engaging content.

Experience developing narratives, marketing programs and product launches.

Portfolio of impactful marketing content, sales enablement materials, customer facing assets and a track record of creating successful marketing programs.

Influencers that can work well cross-functionally and across different levels in the organization.

Go getter, experienced in driving and launching GTM programs/campaigns.
