We are seeking an experienced Senior SEO Specialist to drive organic growth for our SaaS platform through strategic search engine optimization (SEO) initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded mix of technical expertise, content optimization capabilities, and strategic link-building skills to help scale our organic presence in competitive markets. 

About the Role:

In this role, you will operate at the intersection of technical SEO, content strategy, and growth marketing. Collaborating closely with our development, content, and marketing teams, you will implement comprehensive SEO strategies that drive qualified traffic, enhance user experience, and achieve measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical SEO:

  • Lead technical SEO initiatives, including site architecture optimization and Core Web Vitals improvements.

  • Implement and maintain structured data (Schema.org markup) across the platform.

  • Conduct regular technical SEO audits and oversee the implementation of recommendations.

  • Monitor and resolve technical SEO issues using tools like Google Search Console.

  • Optimize site crawlability, indexing, robots.txt, and XML sitemap management for better search engine visibility.

Content & On-Page SEO:

  • Develop keyword strategies aligned with the SaaS buyer journey and growth goals.

  • Guide the content team in creating SEO-optimized product pages, blog posts, and resources.

  • Implement topic cluster strategies to establish topical authority in our niche.

  • Regularly audit and optimize content, meta titles, descriptions, and internal linking structures.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive SEO best practices and guidelines.

Strategic Link Building:

  • Design and execute impactful, white-hat link-building campaigns focused on quality over quantity.

  • Develop outreach campaigns to acquire high-quality backlinks from relevant industry sites and publications.

  • Perform competitor backlink analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for growth.

  • Collaborate with the content team to produce link-worthy assets, such as case studies, white papers, and thought leadership articles.

  • Continuously monitor backlink profile health, removing toxic links when necessary.


SEO Campaign Management:

  • Strategize and manage on-page and off-page SEO campaigns to maximize organic visibility and conversions.

  • Conduct A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to improve campaign performance.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine algorithm changes, and competitor strategies to refine SEO tactics.

User Experience (UX) & CRO:

  • Enhance user experience by aligning SEO strategies with UX and CRO principles.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless website performance and user satisfaction.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in enterprise SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Screaming Frog.

  • Expertise in Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console.

  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.

  • Experience optimizing CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and industry best practices.

  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

  • Expertise in managing and executing comprehensive link-building strategies.

  • Excellent project management, collaboration, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of SEO experience, with at least 2 years focusing on SaaS or B2B products.

  • Proven track record of driving organic growth in competitive markets.

  • Experience with enterprise-level websites, technical SEO improvements, and complex web applications.

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies.

  • Knowledge of international SEO and multi-language optimization.

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRO strategies.

  • Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and design.
